CGI of approved Block D at the Main Exmouth Junction site
Eutopia Homes will shortly submit a new planning application to Exeter City Council. This will involve a slight revision to ‘Block D’ at Exmouth Junction which has permission for 65 ‘Extra Care’ flats.
The changes include changing the block to 85/90 build to rent flats of which 20% will be affordable. The design of the block remains as before although there has been some internal re-configuration as well as improvements to landscaping and amenity space.
To help local people understand what is being changed and also provide an opportunity to ask questions and feedback, Eutopia Homes held a live video presentation (‘webinar’) on Wednesday 25th August 2021 at 6.30pm.
